Because our services involve the coordination of third-party carriers, customs agencies, and time-sensitive logistics, all confirmed shipments and service fees are considered final once the service has commenced.
Refunds are only issued in limited circumstances, as outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund or credit may be considered if:

C & B International Freight Systems Inc. is unable to provide the agreed service due to an error or fault on our part;

A duplicate payment was made in error;

A shipment was cancelled prior to dispatch and before any costs were incurred with carriers or customs.
Refunds are not available for:

Delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside C & B International Freight Systems Inc. control;

Incorrect or incomplete shipment information provided by the client;

Services already rendered or costs already incurred with third-party providers.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must contact C & B International Freight Systems Inc. within 10 business days of the issue arising. Requests should include:

The invoice or reference number;

A detailed explanation of the issue;

Supporting documentation, if applicable.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method or credited toward future services.
4. Limitation of Liability
Refunds are limited to the value of the service fees paid to C & B International Freight Systems Inc. for the specific transaction in question. Under no circumstances shall C & B International Freight Systems Inc., its employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or opportunities.
5. Changes to This Policy
C & B International Freight Systems Inc. reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
