2. Services Provided

C & B International Freight Systems Inc. provides domestic and cross-border freight forwarding, logistics coordination, and related transportation services. All services are subject to applicable carrier, customs, and border regulations.

Service timelines, rates, and availability are provided based on current operating conditions and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather, border delays, delays caused by construction, road accidents. 

3. Limitation of Liability

While C & B International Freight Systems Inc. exercises due care in handling shipments, we are not liable for:

  • Loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control;

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities;

  • Errors or omissions in documentation provided by the client or third parties.

Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the lesser of:

  • The fees paid to C & B International Freight Systems Inc. for the specific shipment or service in question, or

  • The applicable limitation of liability under carrier or transportation law.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete shipping, customs, and contact information;

  • Ensuring that all shipments comply with applicable import/export laws and regulations;

  • Paying all applicable service charges, duties, taxes, and fees in a timely manner.

C & B International Freight Systems Inc. reserves the right to refuse service or hold shipments if payment is not received or if shipment contents violate any laws or regulations.

5. Third-Party Services

Our logistics operations often involve third-party carriers, brokers, and service providers. While we carefully select and coordinate with these partners, C & B International Freight Systems Inc. is not responsible for their independent actions, omissions, or service quality.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and partners. All personal and business information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, and images are the property of C & B International Freight Systems Inc. International Freight Systems Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

C & B International Freight Systems Inc. may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
